Katrineberg School is a F-6 school with 185 students, located centrally in Mölndal. The school is characterized by close relationships, engaged staff, and a clear focus on safety, study peace, and students' learning. RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for teaching crafts in grades 3-6 according to current governing documents. It is an advantage if you also have qualifications in other subjects.

Your mission is to create an environment characterized by structure, creativity, and a desire to learn.

You contribute with engagement and creativity in collaboration with the school's educators. You are flexible and work systematically to create a clear and stimulating learning environment for the school's students.

In close collaboration with the school's other craft teachers, you develop our students' creativity and contribute to strengthening their belief in their ability to handle tasks in daily life.

You create warm and trusting relationships with our students and their guardians, and you find good forms of collaboration between home and school.

You keep up with current research and actively participate in the school-wide systematic quality work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a certified teacher in crafts for grades 3-6. It is advantageous if you have qualifications in other subjects. You may be newly graduated, but it is an advantage if you have a few years of experience working as a teacher.

As a person, you have a positive attitude, convey joy, and see all children's strengths and opportunities. You enjoy collaborating with your colleagues regarding planning and developing the operations while also being able to drive your own work forward. You have a structured, creative working method and are skilled at inspiring and motivating students to discover, learn, and develop.

As a crafts teacher, you influence, develop, and create new working methods to continuously improve the craft subject.

You have a positive attitude, convey joy, and see all children's strengths and opportunities. For you, it is important to let students participate and have influence over their learning as you have an inclusive working method. You have high expectations and can meet students with both support and challenges based on their needs. You have good digital competence and are curious to try new methods and tools.
